A one-time link for one secret. Your browser encrypts it before it leaves the page. The link works once, then destroys itself. The server never sees plaintext, cannot recover the secret, and forgets the rest.

Why we are small

Most hosts assume you leave in two years. We built the opposite business.

Promotional first-year pricing exists because the industry plans to replace you. We do not.

    We have never run promotional first-year pricing, never raised a renewal on an existing customer, and never deprecated a plan someone was still using.

    We curate who we take on

    Not every prospect is a fit, and that is the point. A small, well matched client base is what lets us stay close to every server.

    Retention is the model

    Long retention is what pays for high-touch service. It is why there is no tiered queue: the person who answers your ticket is the one who configured your server.

    Other operators hand us their clients

    Some of our longest-tenured customers came to us when their previous host, web developer or marketing agency asked us to take their accounts on and manage them ongoing, then stepped back. We have done this for three other Australian operators.
